Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC) presents Deep Resiliency - How to be resilient in an uncertain world on Jan 18, 11:30 AM-1:00 PM - Virtual via MS Teams. Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC) 12th annual Visionary Awards Gala honors 17 individuals on Feb 23 at Water's Edge Events Center, Belcamp, MD. Register and sponsor at nmtc.org. A select group of Marylanders will receive the prestigious Visionary Award for their contributions to building our STEM-educated workforce and advancing technology and innovation to grow our economy and protect national security. The 12th Visionary Honoree is Bruce England, Susquehanna Workforce Network, who will receive the award from his predecessor, Larry Muzzelo, recently retired from US Army CECOM, and last year's Visionary Honoree. Three of the other 16 honorees have a connection with APG (Leader Award, Dr. David Hairston, US Army Research Lab; Mentor Award, Dr. Peter Plostins, US Army Research Lab. (ret.); Rising Star Award. Registration open! Honor the Surviving Family Members of our Fallen Service Members with APG’s 4th annual Monument to Monument Virtual 5K Run/Walk. The Virtual 5K Run/Walk will take place from March 31st through April 2nd. You must run your 5K (3.1 miles) race during this time period to be listed in the official results and be eligible for overall awards.
